Sexuality
is a gift meant to be unwrapped in a party called monogamy. Sexuality
is a fire meant to be burned in a furnace called intimacy. Sexuality is a
spark meant to be ignited by trust and love - unconditionally.

Corinthians 13 The Way of Love If I speak with human eloquence and
angelic ecstasy but don't love, I'm
nothing but the creaking of a rusty gate. If I speak God's Word with
power, revealing all his mysteries and making everything plain as day,
and if I have faith that says to a mountain, "Jump," and it jumps, but I
don't love, I'm nothing. If I give everything I own to the poor and
even go to the stake to be burned as a martyr, but I don't love, I've
gotten nowhere. So, no matter what I say, what I believe, and what I do,
I'm bankrupt without love. Love never gives up. Love cares more
for others than for self. Love doesn't want what it doesn't have.

handle, Doesn't keep score of the sins of others, Doesn't revel
when others grovel, Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth, Puts
up with anything, Trusts God always, Always looks for the best,
Never looks back, But keeps going to the end. Love never dies.
Inspired speech will be over some day; praying in tongues will end;
understanding will reach its limit. We know only a portion of the truth,
and what we say about God is always incomplete. But when the Complete
arrives, our incompletes will be canceled. When I was an infant at my
mother's breast, I gurgled and cooed like any infant. When I grew up, I
left those infant ways for good. We don't yet see things clearly. We're
squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won't be long before
the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We'll see it all then,
see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he
knows us! But for right now, until that completeness, we have three
things to do to lead us toward that consummation: Trust steadily in God,
hope unswervingly, love extravagantly. And the best of the three is

SAVE A LIFE
Someone is thinking about suicide.
There is a seed inside you that needs time to grow. The seed is called
love. You may not feel loved but you are. The seed underground cannot
see the sunlight but it is there. If you are thinking about taking your
own life, please put yourself in the seeds place. The seed is in a
lonely and dark place but spring is just around the corner. Ask somebody
to tell you "Spring" stories. Spring is about new life and new
beginnings and you have a part to play. In all of the world there is
none like you. You are the only you ever created. There will never be
another you. If you don't become the you that you were created to be,
the world would miss you and all you have to offer. Please know that you
are loved even when you don't feel it.
Please make an extra effort to love yourself and somebody else TODAY!

THE TREE, THE DIRT and TRUST
The Tree looked down from his lofty grandeur and said to his friend
Dirt: "I think I've outgrown our friendship Dirt. I stretch to the
heavens with my great height. I provide furniture for critters above
ground. I can withstand the mightiest of storms. I think it's time to
move on and make new friends that are more like me. You don't seem to do
much of anything except make a little mud every once in awhile."
The Tree met a new friend called Erosion. His new friend said he would
help Tree forget about his friendship with Dirt and help him move on.
Erosion said he would help Tree stretch even higher into the heavens.
Slowly, Dirt's friendship with Tree began to slide away.
One
day a storm came and Tree's roots were no longer anchored in the
friendship and trust of his old friend Dirt. Tree eventually toppled
over and fell from his great height. Unable to get up, Tree was forced
to lay there as his body rotted around him. All of a sudden his old
friend Dirt whispered in his ear: "I once held your roots firm and
secure until you began to trust in selfishness and began to make new
selfish friends. Even though you grow away from Me, I never left you, I
have always loved you and I always will. Lay here in my arms." Said
Dirt. " In your brokenness, you will become more like me and we will
become fertile soil for future generations to sow and reap."
Humility is esteeming God and others above ourselves.
Trust begins with God who will never leave or forsake you.
Develop your trust in God and that will help others to trust you as you
learn to trust yourself. You cannot truly trust others until you trust
yourself in Him.

I once was blind but now I see.
People will throw mud at you and people will spit on you. That might be
an opportunity for a greater healing. Buffalo is a City filled with
several generations of young people who protect their hearts by
attacking others to receive attention. Many adults believe that they
should be respected just because they are adults. Many
young people do not know how to give respect because they have never
seen it modeled. Don't wait to receive, simply give, return the mud
and spit with healing. This is a long term process that will wash away
the years of disrespect and provide the healed with an opportunity to be
sent and spread respect.

was sitting at a redlight watching a man go through a trash can
looking for bottles. Strangely I felt admiration for him. He was atleast
taking an action. I am praying that God would show me a way to help
people increase those actions so that love is multiplied. I know that

She collects cans and bottles to give to a homeless man.
Small acts of kindness lead to
transformational love that is residual and reciprocal.

and in a School with a 97% poverty rate,
the young people are trying to be world changers.
